- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Closed Sunday. Scheduled appointments only — we do not run an after-hours line.

## Have this ready when you call

- The model and serial from the plate inside the cabinet, if you can reach it.
- A plain description of what changed, and when it changed.
- Which compartment is affected — fresh food, freezer, wine or ice.
- Clear access to the front of the cabinet and to the upper grille.
