## Covered

- Our labor for 90 days: if a repair we performed fails in the same way, we return and there is no second diagnostic fee.
- Parts we supplied for 365 days. Genuine OEM parts sourced through the manufacturer supply chain.

## Not covered

- A different fault on the same cabinet — that is a new diagnosis.
- Parts supplied by someone else, or work performed by someone else afterwards.
- Damage from a supply problem outside the appliance that was declined at the time.
- Food loss, and consequential losses generally.
