Have this ready
- The model and serial number from the plate inside the cabinet, if you can reach it.
- What the appliance is doing now, in plain words, and when it started.
- Whether anything changed first — a storm, a power cut, a plumbing repair, a remodel.
- A temperature reading from inside the compartment, if you have a thermometer.
