Independent — not a factory service center

Sheet A-07

What we stand behind

90 days on labor, 365 days on parts. It is our own warranty on our own work, given as an independent company — it is not a manufacturer warranty and it does not extend or replace one.

Labor

90 days

From the day the repair is completed.

Parts

365 days

Genuine OEM parts sourced through the manufacturer supply chain.

What it covers

  • The workmanship on the specific repair we carried out, for 90 days from completion.
  • The part we supplied and fitted, for 365 days from completion.
  • A return visit at no charge if the fault we repaired comes back inside those windows.
  • Diagnosis of the returned fault. There is no second diagnostic fee on our own work.

What it does not cover

  • A different fault on the same appliance. That is a new call and a new diagnostic.
  • Parts you supplied yourself, or work another company did before or after ours.
  • Damage from a power event, a plumbing failure, a flood or an impact after the repair.
  • Ordinary consumables and maintenance — filters, bulbs, and cleaning of a condenser deck that has gone another year without it.
  • Loss of food, drink or wine. Insurance covers contents; a repair warranty covers the repair.

Our warranty and the manufacturer's are separate

We are an independent company. The warranty on this page is ours, backed by us, and it says nothing about Sub-Zero or its parent company, Sub-Zero Group, Inc. We cannot administer a manufacturer warranty claim, and we do not pretend to.

If your cabinet is still inside its original manufacturer coverage — a sealed-system claim on a newer unit, most often — say so when you call. In that situation the right move is usually the manufacturer's own service channel, and we will tell you that on the phone rather than take a fee to reach the same conclusion in your kitchen.

Nothing here restricts rights you already have under Florida law. Where a term on this page conflicts with a right you hold by statute, the statute wins.

Making a claim

Call, quote the date of the original visit, and describe what the appliance is doing now. If it is the fault we repaired and it is inside the window, the return visit is scheduled with no diagnostic fee and no argument about it.

Keep the written estimate and the completed invoice — the invoice date starts both clocks. The pricing sheet sets out how the $129 diagnostic works on a first visit, and the terms sheet covers the rest of the service agreement.

Something came back

Call and quote the invoice date. We will get it scheduled.
