    Ice maker not producing

    No ice, short cubes or a harvest that never releases — and the one measurement that separates the two halves of the fault.

    • No ice at all after 24 hours with the arm down
    • Cubes come out hollow, short, or fused into a slab
    • The mold fills but the harvest never releases

    Refrigerator not cooling

    One compartment warm, the other cold — and why two sealed systems split the diagnosis in half.

    Built-in installation and retrofit

    The measurements that decide whether a built-in fits, taken before the cabinet is ordered rather than after.

    • No dedicated circuit within reach of the cabinet
    • Crown moulding or a soffit blocking the grille exhaust
