How to read these
Each entry names one fault on one cabinet. That is deliberate. A warm fresh-food compartment above a freezer still holding its setpoint has a short list of causes, and reading how somebody else's turned out is more use than a paragraph of praise. Names appear as a first name and a last initial.
The lukewarm ones and the openly critical ones are printed alongside the rest. A shop that has never had a part arrive late, and never sent a second visit out, is a shop nobody has ever called. Where the complaint is about scheduling rather than the repair, that is what the entry says.
No entry quotes a figure. What a visit costs is on the pricing sheet, where it can be checked against the invoice, and what is covered afterwards is on the warranty sheet. If an entry below sounds like your own cabinet, the sheet for that repair sets out how the fault is narrowed down.
